Take these simple steps to help reduce vehicle crime

Park in well lit areas

Always take the keys with you, even if you are only nipping in somewhere.

Activate alarm/immobiliser

Shut windows/lock doors

Don’t leave anything on display

Always lock doors when paying for fuel

Keep bags/valuables out of sight when driving, or lock the doors.

Never leave Sat Nav systems on view, or any of the docking stations etc.

If you are going out for the evening be careful where you park. What is a suitable place at 7pm when you first go out might be very isolated when you return late at night.
